Dive into medieval drama with the Medieval World Drama Working Group (MWDWG) and help us get ready for next year’s major production of the complete York Plays! These cold readings are always a lot of fun and offer participants a chance to be the first to hear new translations of early plays. We suggest attending in person if you’re in Toronto, but virtual participants are welcome too.

We’ll meet this month on Wednesday October 30 at 5:00 to 6:30pm EDT to read through some of the Cornish Creation of the World, translated into present-day English, alongside some comparable material from York. As always, no preparation is required! Just swing by and read with us, or just listen if you prefer.

Our meeting location is in JHB 100 – accessed from the lobby of the Jackman Humanities Building at 170 St George Street, at the corner of St George and Bloor. Email info@plspls.ca for the Zoom link.
